At least 4 hours required to cover basics, 8 hour would be good, 3+ days can be used as hackthorn to work together on real packages

None of the dates suits me. I will reach NIT only on 11th July. Initial plan for the workshop was 10th July. If you can provide some online resources, that I can use to learn Debian packaging, then it would be great.

@yashagarwal this proposal is for workshop at CET TVM. NIT Calicut plan is the same, from July 10th.
