Members needed to ask for the GA
As the core team does not exist, the GA has to be asked by 10% of the members 6 weeks before the GA (22nd of October?). Last official number of members was 50 in 2014 I don't think we are more than 150. So if we ask for the GA with at least 15 members (more is better) it's almost sure that the GA will be valid. The next point will be to send to invitation on time to all of the members.

Dispersion of information is our worst enemy. Every time someone spots a communication problem he creates a new tool supposed to solve it.
The outcome is rather messy.
So far, the wiki is the eldest and most sable tool we 've had but it's not friendly enough.
Facebook is just a messy bunch of opinions, interesting for socializing but not very useful for a structured debate.
Loomio is being used by Crew Liège for their discussions: https://www.loomio.org/g/gI064Wpw/crew-de-li-ge so I've settled for it since we had no staff to maintain GetOp.
