Is this group for members or everyone?

Hi folks - Trish has raised what I was wondering as well:

My view is yes. This is an open group to anyone who wants to join. If can't think of a decision that we need to restrict to members.

If its something that's not in line with the organisation's responsibilities (i.e. us as board members and our fiduciary duties) then we can, and should, simply be clear about that at the time.
