Migrate from Librelist to Mailman

our list does focus not only on technical matters but also on philosophical discussions on free software. so there is a huge chance of fake memberships and abuse emails from unknown people. So it would be great to migrate from librelist to mailman. get some volunteers to manage the list. Prepare the mailing list policies and publish it on website and list info page.

Moderation is always used to silence dissenting voices. I have experience from more than one communities. I would prefer to decide what is abusive for me. In case it goes beyond what is legally allowed, we can always complain to law enforcement.

Though librelist satisfies current need, we may need a better solution once we become more active. As, spamming and offtopic mails would've to be considered then.

After librelist.com died, we now have a new mailman list https://lists.fsci.org.in/hyperkitty/list/[email protected]/ (after 4 years of starting of this thread)
