Business communication shall be conducted via business phone services, Slack messaging or e-mail. Only urgent business communication may be conducted via alternative channels.

Members are expected to check Slack daily, except Sundays and the days they designate unavailable.

Paid tasks must be recorded in Trello with a due date set in advance, assigned member, description of the task and an evaluation or comments.

Business communication shall be conducted via Pecan Milk Cooperation channel of business communication, Slack messaging, Nextiva, Mail Chimp, Number Garage, or pecanmilk.com or pecanmilk.coop e-mail address.
