add custom fields to a group

To help structure the discussions I wish loomio would support custom fields in the "new discussion" dialog (defined by the group administrator).

These fields could be mandatory or not, and would enable the user author to structure his idea.

For instance in a group like this one I could imagine a field being how easy would it be? and another some examples of similar features elsewhere?

Alternatively to fields, a simple "template" to pre-fill the "context" field with could serve that purpose... as a simple suggestions of elements you may want to explain in your idea.
