Our video conferencing service (8x8) may not work reliably on mobile web browsers, but a mobile app is available as an alternative. See https://docs.8x8.com/8x8WebHelp/video-meetings/Content/join-meetings.htm#join-guest Mobile users can install the 8x8 Work app ahead of time so they will be able to smoothly transition to it if something goes wrong with the browser-based 8x8 video chat (by clicking the "Pop-out Video" button in empathy.chat).

You should be able to add empathy.chat to your home screen on both Android and iOS devices.
