How well did team process go on your team?

i felt like i may have been free riding.
There were no real leadership issues, someone took control very early on and helped us figure out targets.

There were no real leadership issues. Brianna took control of the project. I did what I was assigned and agreed too. I learned about zoom which I never used before or heard of until it was assigned to me.​

I think overall it went well sadly we didn't get full participation

We didn't choose a leader for the team, but I think it would have been better to have someone to follow up on the work progress and plan our meetings better. Besides that, we didn't have any particular issue to deal with.

No leadership issue. The leader pointed out what should we do. Almost all decisions were agreed upon by everyone. No cultural issues. Not all members participated in this project. We were missing a person, and we manged to get the project done.

I don't have leadership issue and cultural issue. The team's leader performs well and both of them are experienced in this industry. I learned a lot from them when we worked together. Although sometimes I couldn't catch up some terminologies or concept they talk about, they explained well for me. Sometimes I might have some unprofessional suggestion, but my teammates did help me realize it. Now I have a preliminary 。understanding about how a project runs.

I think all in all the process went pretty well and we accomplished what we needed to accomplish. I think that if we would have defined roles early on, then it would have been more clear what everyone was responsible for. With future projects, I will ensure having a roles conversation to sort this out before the project is discussed.

I think our team effort went better then I thought. I came in with some "millennial" prejudice because I'm a bit older then the rest for the team and was proven wrong. The team members were hungry to learn, share and work hard. I enjoyed this team effort very much.

I was in a very different timezone for much of the project duration so it made scheduling meetings not so seamless, so having word messages linger on Slack was an effective way to communicate in a periodic conversation instead
