Satellite towns invitation to Hui

Hi guys and gals, further to my email yesterday, following a meeting with HDC, I believe we need to find and identify people within the communities we are trying to reach ourselves.

My thinking: We write a letter to the Community Boards/Associations of our satellite towns (and suburbs if they got them) including Levin itself. We explain what Timebanking could do for their communities.

We invite them to a meeting in Levin (hopefully we can get HDC to sponsor hall hire), informing them of Timebanking in Otaki/Aotearoa with the bribe/incentive of an invitation to attend Hui in some (relevant) form.
