Association HQ

Until now, Association HQ is located in France, so we chose to have it in my (Raphaël) home.

As I'm moving, and until we find a independant place, we need to move address of OpenMandriva HQ.

Two options for now, for what I know, having it in my new home, or JCL's home.

Just for information, new HQ is Savigny-sur-Orge

I'm proposing my new home at Savigny-sur-Orge to be the new HQ of OpenMandriva.

Please disagree if you prefer JCL's (our treasurer) home :)
