Jarrow Insights have applied to join CoTech.

Jarrow Insights' Danny Scott says:

We are Jarrow Insights: a full-service, data-driven creative strategy and digital production co-operative. We combine expert-level analysis with ethically-derived big data sets to provide our clients with actionable insights that prevent metrics from becoming targets. We offer strategic consulting, benchmarking, audience research, auditing and assessment services. We would love to join CoTech!

Our values and principles are closely aligned with the 7 Cooperative principles listed on our wiki. We are owned and operated on the basis of democratic worker control. We provide data & creative digital services and we are registered as a UK company (Company Number: 12456908).

For reference their articles of association (from companies house) are attached.

As per the constitution I'll start a members vote (one vote per co-op please). I'll invite Danny to Loomio pending the vote to answer any questions.

I know these votes are a bit procedural, but please take the opportunity to vote if you can it gives the new member a warm welcome and lets them see first hand who's active in the community.

Yes, really good to have Jarrow in the gang. They're based at SPACE4 and are already doing loads to contribute to the community :) Welcome Jarrow!

The founding documents show it's a tech co-op committed to the ICA Co-operative Principles (point 3 on page 14; no I haven't read it all) so I am sure I could speak for Webarchitects to support Jarrow Insights joining :) What's the Jarrow connection BTW, i notice it's London based?

Thanks Jonathan! We are indeed London based, the Jarrow connection relates to the Jarrow March:

A subtle nod toward our socialist politics.
