Work Timings

Hello All,

I have received some feedback that 8:30 in night is getting late for some of the members of team. Wanted to discuss on what timings would be best both for the Helpline as well as Counsellor team.
Current timings are :

Morning shift : 7:30 - 4:30
Evening Shift : 12:30 - 8:30PM

The Helpline is actively running from 8AM to 8PM, the extra half an hour before 8AM and after 8PM is to update cases and activities, and send a brief update of activity of that day.

Please use this forum to explain individual issues with timings, so that we can gather together all of them and collectively decide.
