Feedback on CSA boxes
Kia ora everyone, I just wanted to open up a thread on the boxes. I'm very happy to be supporting the first boxes coming through the Waikato CSA. The avos and oranges have gone down a treat and Shannon's lettuce mixes have been so yum and fresh! It is wonderful to know that in purchasing the boxes, we are part of supporting a regional regenerative revolution! Thank you Sylvia and Shannon for all the hard work that goes in to making the boxes happen. Ngaa mihi ki a korua! Anna

Good to hear youre enjoying the produce and the local nz oranges, they grow so well here and taste so much fresher and better than imported ones.
As we make more progress with organising structure and the growing season gets underway the boxes will contain even more variety.
Once we have the framework of the Hub and an operating system in place we can invite other growers to join and build the product line.
AND how long will all this take ? Well it depends on how much time each of us can sidestep our day to day workload and challenges and put aside time to keep working on bringing about whats required!
Theres lots to learn and weve made some good progress, not as much as we hoped , but every step of progress adds up to acheving our goal of a Waikato Food Connect CSA facillitating the growing and distribution of Fresh Healthy Local Food to many more families!
Thankyou to our Core Team and to everyone else who has encouraged us and contributed what they can to keep up our enthusiasum and the momentum going!
