We should change the name "Inner Circle" to "Senator Online Staff"

Recently there has been a discussion raised by some members of the Inner Circle, that the name "Inner Circle" appears to outsiders as exclusive and elitist, even though that was not the intention from the Holacratic principles that inspired the name. Some of us within the Inner Circle now wish to change that term.
I therefore put forward someone else's suggestion that we replace it with the term "Senator Online Staff".

I agree but if referring to the Inner Circle and not the entirety of the SOL Staff, let's call it "SOL Core Staff".

@emmawardle @francois1 I THINK I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN THIS PROPOSAL AND WAIT UNTIL WE HAVE A DISCUSSION FIRST... THEN ONCE WE HAVE DECIDED ON A BETTER NAME WE WILL THEN VOTE ON IT... loomio will not let a person edit the proposal once a proposal has started (for obvious reasons). once i have approval from both of you i will close it.

As for the paragraph used to start the discussion, I don't like the name "Executive Committee" for the new sub-group. I suggest "Delegate Circle" or something of the like. No hierarchy, no elitism and no power. Democracy used throughout the whole system.
