Stakeholder Mapping
We need to identify all of our stakeholders and get buy-in from as many sectors of our society as possible. We can add our ideas on who we can reach out to. There is a sheet to add contact details.

This is a very important activity, great idea. I suggest we look at stakeholders in two ways:
* Everyone who will be affected by us. Who are we doing this for? Who else can be affected in the process (for good or for bad)? It is key to define this, as it related to our core purpose.
* Critical stakeholders, who can enable/influence our success?

This could be added as a column or a colour on the spreadsheet with one colour or symbol being for those affected by us and another those who can enable or influence the success. I'm open to suggestions as to how to add this dynamic to the spreadsheet or someone can take the lead and do that.

One easy way would be adding another sheet. On the one you already created, we add critical stakeholders, specific people (names). On a second sheet, we add groups of stakeholders, e.g. 'low income families'. Any good?

Add your stakeholder contacts to this list. You can add additional columns or additional group names as needed. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ADVyQZtHVYs432tJBO5tk0jNpp7QrNK6arxsckkjxug/edit?usp=sharing
