"By this time she had come to realize that if she stated where she was at openly on her media assets that her internet would be interrupted. So announcing where she was and details was no longer an option. She was going to have to reformulate a new plan."

How can we tell if you're being messed with? In Philly we could only find out we were under surveillance
after the fact. I suggest putting together a FOIA to Homeland Security as you go along.. to see if you are being monitored or interfered with.

I do fear every day Trisha . I have also feared for my life while traversing the USA.
I think poking HLS with a stick as a lone female on my own would be a very stupid thing for me to do. IE : I think my requesting a FOIA would further stress my vulnerabilities.

In the mean time, not being quite while the anomalies are happening is good protocol.
Why is that?
Well, if the anomalies are not authorized it brings attention to the misdeed and allows a person of ethical means to interrupt.
