Totally into the soup idea, we could offer a chilled soup on super hot days as well.

These can be anything from cakes to granola bars. I'm happy to bake weekly or fortnightly and contribute (I love baking), and we could even ask for local suppliers too.

doesn't feel like a detailed proposal but as a temperature check, this sounds awesome!

I believe the details would be worked out weekly, or monthly, where we'd plan which baked goods would be on a regular menu and which ones would be weekly specials, for example.
