we all need to help make this as productive as possible we have 3 projects happening and it will be great if everyone is on the same page for this and it runs smoothly. Please take a look at the mindmap so you understand what we want to achieve. to edit the mindmap download it and make changes and then repost it to the same place. You cant edit freemind online. If you have drive its fine if you have a local synced copy

Lovely Mindmap DeanO - who are the team leaders for each piece of work? Will you be overseeing everything or will you meet with each team leader to fully brief them?

Please check out the spreadsheet and let me know if anyone else can share the cost. I need to order and pick up tomorrow and Thursday so everything is ready to go and well prepared for the weekend. Please let me know who can lead a work group. I am hoping to coordiante the plastering team, I need 2 more people to supervise - one for the concreting team and one for the top terrace team? It would be great to debrief on this asap so it is well organised

any reason why we can get 100 as all the other is and the fans are based on 100 flow? or do you mean joining into 150 after the fans?

I raised this on Discord as I felt it was an "already decided" matter, but reposting this invoice which I covered here. I need someone else to reimburse me for it as I'm trying to stretch my funds as far as possible at the moment and I did not agree to covering the cost. Any takers @deancameron @tom120 @sun7?
