How this tool works:

Build a policy

The thread is the container for discussion about the policy, where you can agree requirements and principles, and post document drafts for comment.

Use the template to develop policy with a small group of people, or make it transparent to the whole organization, inviting comments on progressive versions of the document.

Use a Sense check proposal to notify group members that a draft document is ready for review, and invite people to read the document and respond with any comments or questions.

When a 'final' draft is ready, raise a Consent or Consensus proposal to approve the document.
