2018 Business Plan Step-by-Step

Hello there and Happy New Year 2018! I've included a Power Point presentation for those still interested in opening a logistics company. Our main focus is that of a smart warehouse. A smart warehouse is a liaison between a customer and a custom broker where parts are received, stored and kits are made to be cleared across the border directly into a customer's assembly line. Of course said warehouse will have a variety of different services. The attached Power Point will help us on our way to creating a business plan to present to the bank or angel investors to open our business. The first step is to study our potential organization's situation let's say if it were running today? The second step asks what business are we in from a marketing point of view? The first draft will be due January 25, 2018 at 11:00 am.
