This thread is for ideas for how the hub can act as a centre for information sharing between producers and consumers, coordinating food collection and distribution, payment ideas, etc.

I listened to this podcast on The Permaculture Podcast this morning called "Local Food Nodes" that has been initiated in Sweden. http://www.thepermaculturepodcast.com/2017/1728/ I really like how they've combined the CSA idea with a technology platform that I think takes the onus off the organisation to do all the connecting of producers and consumers. I think it's a model that we can use so we don't get bogged down in re-creating something new. Let's discuss at our meeting on Sat so please have a look over the website and listen to the podcast.
