Every team doing day-to-day work elects a team spoke every year.
Terms are from April 1st to March 31st.
Team spokes are capable to representing the team's perspective -- with the continued consent of the team -- in the co-op spokes-council.
The spokes-council, a reflection of the will of all of the teams of the co-op, is empowered to reach decisions for the co-op. The co-op empowers the spokes-council and therefore, may over-ride the decisions of the spokes-council through a regular 66.66% vote.
The team spokes from every team are paid to meet with each other regularly.
Team spokes are responsible for recording and retaining notes.

coordinates the spokes-council and
records notes from all co-op member meetings.
