Noomap Partnership

DK Dakota Kaiser Public Seen by 254

I move to make our partnership with noomap a formal one. As part of this agreement i would like to award every ASC member up to 40 governance and 30 resource shares for making a profile on this information mapping system. Furthermore i move to award 1 governance share and 6 resource shares an hour to whomever wishes to help us structure the data found in bit.do/ASCI into the noomap system. 70 awarded hours maximum on this project.

A greater clarity around the total number of resource and governance shares and how many are held by who seems in order. But the idea of using them as rewards seems like a good approach.

Its a perfect opportunity to make clear and visible what a partnership in the organizational level looks like. Of course we want to partner with noomap AND what is the agreement? I ask not only to clarify but to keep building the ASC organization with coherence and to help me and others visualize other potential and complementary partnerships.

I like the idea of saying yes to deepening the partnership between noomap and the tribe. I feel starting with some incentives to help create an alpha test (both of the software as it is, and the tribe's governance intentions) is a good one. I don't think we (noomap) are ready for a 'formal' agreement because we are still (getting closer) developing our own stewardship/governance models. I don't have an ounce of doubt that the two communities are aligned beyond agreement through shared intention. If we can commit to deeply exploring our continued move towards a formal partnership, one way would be that mapping... I think that would be a great start, and I am a yes to that. Part of this yes could be some Zoom calls with a group of us to share more.

Thank you @bretawarshawsky for your clarity around your own readiness for partnership. Based on Bret's comment on the need to wait in order to build a stronger partnership, how does the context for this vote change Dakota?
