Increase the visibility of navigation buttons for constitution and manifesto

Currently its very easy to miss the slides. We should add page numbers like 1/10. and more verbose instructions like "Navigation buttons to move between pages are at bottom right". "Use right arrow/left arrow keys for navigation" "Swipe left/Swipe right for navigation".

both page number and navigation instructions have been added to the Constitution and the Manifesto.
