Voting

In order to vote, members must check business e-mail and complete assigned work.

There is no quorum. Whoever shows up to votes makes decisions.

Votes happen on Mondays in Loomio. Votes conclude Monday 11:59pm EST.

Any member can call a vote, but only Governance Council has the right to reach governance decisions, including finance, facilities, branding, bylaws/operating agreement amendments, products, etc. All Governance Council decisions must be communicated to the entire cooperative.
