@akhilkrishnans , @advtksujith , @hassainarmankada , @soorajkenoth , @balasankarchelamat , @hrishikeshakastult since all of you will be at Wiki Meetup, see if you folks can meet sometime on the sidelines to plan this. It would also be nice to have a diaspora stall there.

Today's Decision:

1) We've decided to host some pods on the basis of Location. First one is based on Kochi
(Name suggestions : Kochr, Kochi Now, Hash Kochi)
2) Find Companies, Institutions, which are able to fund a pod.
3) Start a Mentoring programme to involve more students in Diaspora project
4) Find NGOs who are able to host a pod. (Cost per pod is about Rs 5000/month)

@akhilkrishnans thanks for the minutes. Just a correction on pricing. It is just 2000 per month for a large pod like poddery, so hosting smaller pod for organizations would be costing lesser.
