Let's schedule next hackathon a 2-day one? From past experience with only one day it is quite hard to get some initial work done.

Also, want to setup a better pre-hackathon workflow such that ideas are evaluated and more concrete teams are formed.

Please discuss any thoughts on the hackathon here and we can vote on proposals one by one
