Timeline of key activities (for reference)
How: Steering Committee member will do outreach and set expectations for Staff Memo Writer re: time commitment and invite them to put a hold on their calendar for this work. Google Drive will contain all proposals assigned to them, Staff Memo Writers will receive a PDF email of their Grant Memo that they submit. Does this Grant Memo template need adjustments?

Can I get a PDF example of the Grant Memo? I can't look through the survey without making up info and it would be helpful to see it in its entirety.

This grant memo template is very thoughtful. The only addition I have is to capture information that helps us understand if the organization is community-informed - perhaps we can nestle a question to capture the leadership/staff demographics we ask for in the applications after the question about community partners, etc.? This seemed to be important to the Rev Committee and since we ask for it, I don't want them to have to go back into the applications to find it during their discussion.
