RSS/Atom Feed Support

Hi all,

One of the things I've been experimenting with recently is an app for hooking RSS/Atom feeds up to Diaspora accounts. It would be really great if we could set up a bot of sorts that posts out updates on new decisions, discussions, and proposals.

It would be really cool if Loomio groups / previous group decisions could have an RSS or Atom feed that users could subscribe to for this very type of functionality. As our community is largely driven by its users, I think this setup could be a neat way to encourage users out on Diaspora to participate in the decision-making process and stay posted about all the little things going on.

Are you actively working on a pull request for this, @seantilleycommunit? If not, I'd love to do this; would be super-neat to integrate loomio threads into feedly / other-reader-of-choice, where they'd end up much more visible for feed fanatics like myself.

since now the discussion is around finding/following other public groups, the RSS feature will become most important. it will make manageable all the information

There's a pull request out there right now to get some rss feeds for public groups and discussions within those groups; hopefully something we can integrate in the near future.

RSS feeds for public groups are now live! Thanks to @jameskiesel and @robertguthrie - just use the URL of any public Loomio group in your feed reader.

@seantilleycommunit @zack @ahdinosaur would be great to get your feedback.
