UKSCS Conference 2022
I thought I would send you this message in my role as Chair of the UK Society for Co-operative Studies (UKSCS). Between August 26th - 28th, we will be restarting the face-to-face format at our annual conference. I wondered if can help spread the word throughout your networks by posting a link to the Call for Papers. Details can be found at:
https://www.ukscs.coop/articles/ukscs-annual-conference-2022-call-for-papers
This year’s conference will take place at Lincoln University. It is the first in-person event we’ve organised since the start of the COVID pandemic. Co-op activists, students and researchers can finally meet to build relationships that support co-operative studies.
The conference is open to both members and non-members of UKSCS. If you want to contribute directly, you can submit your contribution to the organisers by 31st May.
UKSCS are supporting this year's conference with a linked series of ‘co-operative conversations’ which are promoted (primarily) to members of our society. The first conversation, with Paul Gerrard, took place about 2 weeks ago. The next conversation is with long-time co-operator Russell Gill of Co-op Group on 13th June.
Best wishes
Rory Ridley-Duff
as Chair, UKSCS
