A provider has informed me that another unvaccinated provider is providing services to participants and has downloaded a false COVID vaccination certificate. Any thoughts on what we do with this information?

If a contractor develops Covid and wants to come back to work after 7 days without providing a negative PCR or RAT & the participant doesn't want them to return to work for fear of contracting Covid unless they return a negative RCR/RAT, what can we as the CoS, do about that?
