Pirate Parties International

Pirate Parties International Board has decided to hold a special general meeting on mumble soon (date to be decided).
This is in response to concerns voiced by PPAU and other parties about the PPI statutes and how it is being run.
We need to determine how we want to see PPI reformed, if at all, so that we have a solid platform to discuss and vote on.
There will be a series of articles on the Pirate Times from prominent Pirates on the future of the movement.

The meeting has been set for 29.03.2015 and the agenda has been changed to RoP, decision upon affiliation fees, AOBs. No mention of reform.

No mention of reform.
However, there is an opportunity to raise this at the conference in Warsaw in July.

Yes also the make up of the board is essential to any reforms being implemented

Is the make up of the board likely to change between now and July? -or is it just that the PPI board members seem to coordinate their meeting attendance with agenda items that best suit their personal agendas?

It may well change as there are rumours of at least one resignation.

Although Brendan Malloy is recovering from as serious illness the new forum he set up is functional and we can access with our @pirateparty.org.nz emails without registration.

This post was a while ago - have PPI held the meeting? If so, what was the outcome?
