Turkish embargo starts at the EU border

Just recently we learned, that the embargo, Turkey imposed on Kobane, starts at the EU border. After being stuck for over a month, Danish transport with humanitarian help for Kobane had to go back from a Bulgaria-Turkey border crossing at Hamzabeyli. The comment from a customs officer was that "it is not possible to have the truck reach Kobanê." the article says.
