Abandon the lotus flowers

Concencus was reached to leave the lotus flowers out of our decor until they are either refurbished and implemented carefully or the materials are recycled.
This is a vote to not include the lotus flowers in the decor from hence forth and repurpose the materials

They're space inefficient to transport and they don't suit the theme

I still think there is a place for them. I'd like more info re. Seed- the lack of use? The magic garden? I have a great vision for the garden... But it needs work... Yeah, tell me more about seed?

The fabric is in terrible shape, they don't really suit the theme and they take up lots of space. I say we scrap them and try and recycle some parts off them for other décor.

I think there's too much good stuff in them to discard. There have been a lot of ideas about restoring them, including making them into cactus flowers.
I think if they aren't to be restored, they should be repurposed.

Come up with a proposal of what you'd like them to look like.
Devise a team and a time line to make it happen before you want to use them.

@thebaron would you consider changing that to "agree" on the condition that we refurbish/repurpose and don't discard?

Devising a team and time line for any crafts is desperately needed. How about we park the lotuses for now, we don't need to use them at every party- but keep them. Then , work on the front of our stage and more important things, re-work lotuses ready for next years party's? If all else fails in that time throw them away

Lotus flowers: The frames could be refitted into something cool.
Cacti: Either refurbish or dispose of.
