Welcoming any comment on Trust constitution

Kia ora people, We are welcoming any comments, suggestions or questions below on the draft Trust Constitution for the Paekakariki Housing Trust attached. Please raise these here. We are in the process of approaching the proposed trustees, who will be elected at an open public hui ahead.

C 3.2looks like it says you need 50% of the vote for each trustee, this seems a very high thresshold? But maybe not if its a raise your hand type of vote
