How to install Loomio in Ubuntu 14.04?
1) Hi, it is been some time searching in the internet for installation of loomio in ubuntu 14.04. I have not found anything. Could some one provide any blogs, links?
2) Does it require any paid external server to delopy?. can't i install locally and use it ?

When running locally does 30 days trial applied?. It should not be. But thought of asking.
I haven't tried the instructions for the dev environment, but I expect
they'll be fine. The intructions for production systems certainly did a
good job of walking through a complex install, and I expect the dev
environment instructions have probably been in use for longer and should
be well refined.
See the Github wiki. The notes on how to install a production instance are based on docker which in turn runs on ubuntu 14.04. There's also a separate process for installing a development instance, which is probably applicable, and be easier if you're working on loomio code.
I personally never run web services natively on my development system. Over the few years I keep each system running it tends to get pretty messy, and it's harder to turn things on and off as they're needed. I mostly use a mix of Vagrant virtual machines and docker.
