Secretary posts only please!
The secretary (or the stand-in for the secretary, if the secretary is absent) will make a post in this thread during (or after) every meeting.
Procedure
This thread will contain all the minutes for this semester, and during that time it will be a pinned thread (it's always at the top of the list). After the semester ends, a new copy should be made, so there aren't too many old posts. The old thread should then be unpinned and closed.
Nothing too formal is needed. Copy and paste this template to start a new Minutes post:

Keep in mind
- Writing down minutes does not replace the need to start other threads about the things discussed. Be sure to do that too!
- Post the minutes right away, so the post time and date correspond with the meeting. You can always edit later.
- If a particular person said something or committed to do something, always @mention them right in the note. This helps with accountability.

Hey everyone. This is just a quick reminder that on Tuesday we will not be meeting, but instead we are doing a bake sale. Please come by our table and help anyway you can. We are also going ice skating tomorrow around 4:00 at Aspen Ice Arena. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Hey guys! Instead of a meeting this week we planed a fundraiser! So if you are at school on Tuesday the 19th around meeting time or after feel free to stop by, help out, or buy a waffle!
I'd also like for you to leave some hike suggestions as comments on this post! Later in the week I will create a poll with the suggestions and the winner is where we will go on Saturday!
