Account problem still not resolved or is it my fault?

Hi @michaelelwoodsmith ,

I see I can make subgroups now which I was having problems with.

Are we restricted to only 46 people plus admin if we have gold on the parent level?

If yes this resolves my issue that I have been chasing for?

Hi @paulweaver your group is on one of our old Gold plans which has a limit at 100 people, so you should be able to continue to invite people as you need up to this limit.

As coordinator of the group you should also have full ability to creating subgroups. I note that your group settings limit creation of subgroups to coordinators only - you can change this if you like.

I seem to have the same problem again I have just checked my card details.

I noticed my March payment seemed to have only lasted 3 weeks too.
