Berge – Talked about email marketer.
* Newsletter
Berge - asked Joum to ask the newsletter group to draft a short note/flyer. Berge asked what format email marketer can use.
Oliver – looked at email marketer. It has templates but looks difficult.
Joum – asked Tom if he thinks he can help.
Tom – thinks he can.
Oliver – asked if anyone objects to giving Tom access to email marketer.
Joum, Oliver, Berge – agreed.

Tom – Nothing to report. Need to wait for name change.
* Software
Tom – Microsoft Azure launching in Australia.
Joum, Tom, Berge – discuss their ideas of how the political software for SOL will look.
Oliver – talked about yourview.org.au
* At 5:07 it was noticed that Ricky left the meeting.

General Business:
Oliver – Suggested we create future extra agenda items on loomio prior to meetings.
Tom – has anyone contacted other DD parties?
Berge – Yes, International DD a few years back, to create the charter listed on the wiki page of E2D
* Name Change
Berge, Oliver, Joum, Sven and Tom discussed using Digital Direct Democracy and decided to use the name.
Berge – will send an email asking what extra words should be added to DDD in AEC registration.
Next meeting:
Joum – Noted that Paul is unable to make the Friday time slot.
Berge – asked Joum to send a few possible dates to everyone.
