It's complicated to follow all the threads in the loomio, and to know if we can/want to contribute to it.

Objective of the document

Define a light method to post in loomio to spend less time in loomio and facilitate the contribution (it's up to you to follow it or not).

Method

Please write as clearly as you can, and explain ideas that you think may be difficult.

Keep it as concise as possible

Make sure every words you write are highly important.

Make concrete proposals

Whenever you answer to someone, you may say clearly if you agree with him/her or not and if you don't, you may make a concrete counter-proposal.

Summarize your post

When your post is too big, summarize it in one sentence at the beginning ot it.

To post a thread

• Define an objective so it's very simple to know if we can contribute to the thread or not.
• Make a summary : Whenever you can, make a summary of the discussions, so anyone can easily catch up what's going on and contribute to even if s-he's not often here.
• If the work gets really intense, you may want to make a collaborative document related to the objective of the thread.
