Here are the notes (done late) of the discussion Dorothy and I had. In answer to Adam's question the Steering Group has a quorum (seven with at least 2 from each borough) but the SubGroups have no quorum as their role is to carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Steering Group that formally takes over their work.

So no sign of the person you invited?

It's a shame we aren't getting very far with the engagement stuff. I'm
pretty stretched at the moment (which is why I missed it) but it's pretty
damn important that we sort out the engagement, otherwise no-one will vote
for the plan when it gets so far!

Is there a quorum number for the vote, as a matter of fact?

I guess a lot of people's time is being hoovered up by the scoping
exercise.
