Quick access to emoticons

The correct place for the emoticons widget should be inside the conversation / comment editor (next to location and image buttons in the conversation editor for example), but I do not know if this is possible to be added to diaspora.net.gr as a plugin or it should be a feature of diaspora.
@christoskoulaxizis An icon to the title bar would be harder to add it than a link to the right sidebar, but @emmanouelkapernaro should answer this. Either way, the site with the emoticons should open in a new tab.

Μου αρέσει η ιδέα.Η εύκολη πρόσβαση στα emoticons θα είναι ένα καλό κίνητρο να τα χρησημοποιούμε.Εγώ θα ήθελα όταν πατάω το -σχολιάστε-μέσα στο πλαίσιο που ανοίγει για το σχόλιο να έχω την επιλογή να κοπανήσω και μία φατσούλα.Δεν ξέρω εάν είναι εύκολο να γίνει καθώς επίσεις εάν λέει το ίδιο πράγμα και ο xekarfwtos (συγνώμη φίλε.Τα αγγλικά μου είναι ίσα ίσα για καμάκι).θα μου άρεσε όμως.

I'd prefer it in the conversation too! It seems easier and more fun!

If we are going to work more than just adding a simple link (to http://koulaxizis.com/smilies.html), then it would be better adding support to Markdown, so that it will be possible to be merged to upstream master.

I have found this emoji which seems easy to implement. I will keep researching for the next days.

GREEK: Εαν είναι να γίνει παραπάνω δουλειά από ένα απλό λινκ (προς το http://koulaxizis.com/smilies.html), τότε αξίζει περισσότερο να γίνει στην ίδια την Markdown για να μπορεί να μπει και στον master κώδικα του diaspora.

Ψάχνοντας βρήκα αυτό emoji το οποίο φαίνεται εύκολο να υλοποιηθεί. Θα συνεχίσω το ψάξιμο τις επόμενες ημέρες.

Δεν έχει κλείσει το θέμα ακόμη.Σωστά?Μάλλον το μελετάνε πως μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί γιατί δεν έχουν απαντήσει ακόμη στο τελευταίο post του Μανώλη.

εχω αρχίσει να προσπαθώ να ενσωματώσω τα emoji στον κώδικα του diaspora προσπαθώντας ταυτόχρονα να μαθω ruby on rails (το framework στο οποιο ειναι γραμμενο το diaspora)

I am going to develop the code needed to implement emoji on d* just for the purpose of learning rails anyway. If we want them to be added in our pod it is something we have to discuss. I haven't understand yet what the devs on github suggested. Maybe when my code is ready we can ask them again?

Ίσως όταν υπάρχει κάτι πιο ολοκληρωμένο ως πρόταση (όπως αυτό που κάνεις τώρα), να δείξουν ενδιαφέρον.
