Key principles
Productive space - social enterprise benefit + advantage/financial
Localised sense of community - links with issue of long term tenancies etc
Greening the streets - trees/flowers
Designing in community spaces within new build - Planned ‘free’ space
More community facilities - cultural/art/music spaces protected
Use of unused/unoccupied spaces
All brownfield sites to be free to be used/programme of leisure (multi-functional)
Community involvement in how spaces are used/engagement

Quite a lot of overlap here with health and local services?

Yeah, and tbh not sure anything really stands out here. There's also the idea discussed at Southbank the other day, to turn London City Airport into a community space, creating green jobs.
