Discuss: 9 How are we going to record the away day?

Would it be useful for me to take the recording device and camera from my university to the away day? I don't think I will be able to get more than one recording device.

I think it would be very good if you could borrow those from your uni. I think we can try to structure the away day so that most things are either discussed or reported/reiterated in the big circle and we don't need to record separate conversations when people split into small groups, this has a lot of advantages, not just the recording, we can try to make sure in this way that all voices, problems, solutions etc, are heard by everyone
