Should we communicate anything at the foss4g-na event itself? Even just thanking Jeff for hosting.

I know we have a bit of time until 2021 but we may wish to set aside some time to revamp this groups structure and procedures. It may be a good opportunity to invite additional organizational representatives and get a wider collection of organizations behind this event.
