The decision to Add clarified membership criteria to the constitution
The proposal is to add the following text:
Must be a worker, consortium, multi-stakeholder or secondary co-op
Must be primarily owned by its workers
Must be controlled by its workers
Must sell tech/digital service
Must not exploit workers (in a taxation without representation sense)
Must support the CoTech Manifesto
