Decide on the statutes principles for the asset-holding association
Objective
Reach consensus on the principles behind the statutes.
The logic behind it would be better to set on stone the big principles of the association before writing the statues.

The veto might be too strong but that depends on the association objectives (are they narrow ? large ?)

Membership of non-individual entities serves only symbolic, for entities willing to support OpenFisca, and grants no rights.

Juridical people take too much time for this kind of structure but we might need them.

The college is defined as a group of elected members where everyone is co-president. The legal responsibility is shared among all the members of the college (= board).

Needs some clarification on "representatives", I assume you mean the usual complement of officers i.e. treasurer, secretary, chairperson with the usual roles

I don't understand this. A “collège” is a subset of some member types. If it is just electing representatives of the association, then why isn't it a “conseil d'administration” / board?
