est plus parlant pour un anglophone que "gentilsvirus.org"

@pierreyves I guess my english is too bad and I didn t express myself correctly ;)
By "federative" I meant what @fchapeau just expressed : several people or "movements" could recognize themselves as "democratic seedS" (loosely (?)) gathered under an "umbrella" ... for me "democratic seed" sounds more like a "party" ... we might need to define the "umbrella" of what we are though and @quentingrimaud has just started that ...
