Resetting the Risk Jedi

Hi everyone,

There was a poor turn out to today's Jedi. The past few meetings have been inconsistent with regular member presence. We need regular contributors if we are going to tackle this RISK Management beast! 😱

As the lead for the risk Jedi over the past couple of years, I am calling for an expression of interest from members for the 'Regular Jedi Member Role.' We have had generous contributions from current members; however, I would like to make sure that members are committed to the Jedi moving forward. It's completely understandable if current members wish to explore participating in an alternative Jedi. Here's an opportunity for all of us to get some clarity regarding our preferences and commitment. Here are some principles of the Jedi (taken from our Jedi group agreement):

Jedi Guidelines

• Attend fortnightly (eventually monthly) Jedi Meetings - Wednesdays 3.30 pm. For at least the next 12 months.

• Have a genuine interest and preferably skills in the area of Risk Management

• Speak with intention, listen with attention, take care of the group

• If you find yourself not contributing or learning, move to a Jedi where you can

• Step up with passion and responsibility

• Take a brave step and ask for the help that you need

Can I please ask that all interested members reply with a quick 'Yes please🙂 ' if you would like to be a regular member from the next meeting on 24/02/2021.
