To decide on the date and theme for the next Mindfulness for Change hui

We're looking to hold another hui near Wellington. We had decided to hold a hui in Otaki on 27-29 July 2018 with the theme of Celebration and Nourishment. This date clashed with the Festival of the Future and many of the community were torn between the two events. We therefore decided to postpone the event as proceeding would not have met the primary the purpose of the weekend of coming together and celebrating. This thread is to agree a new date and the theme for the hui.

We've confirmed that the next hui will be on 12-14 October 2018
We've been in touch with beautiful Waihoanga Retreat Centre https://waihoanga.co.nz/ in Otaki and they have the following dates available. We'd like to find out which dates work best for people in the community so please indicate which ones work for you. All dates are Friday to Sunday.

I'm away overseas until 14 October and the Climathon is on 26-28 October.

For these dates I will be able to take time off on the Fridays, so could be there for the start time. October dates unable to take Fridays off due to teaching commitments.
I like the theme as it was proposed.

I like the theme. I may well come and the only weekend out of bounds is the October one is September and the 26-28 October. That weekend would be good in some ways as its Labour Weekend.
